How do I order?
Open Jade, Juel or Agua Vida. Tap I want this, or use the custom / bulk form. I’ll reply on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
EFT. Ready-made: pay in full before I post or you collect. Custom: pay in full, or 50% deposit and the rest before pickup. Agua Vida bulk: pay the package. Deposit only for glass dispensers.
Do you deliver?
PUDO to your door or to a locker, Paarl R40, Wellington R60, or pick up. Drinks stay local — no PUDO.
How long for custom?
I’ll give you a date after the first payment is in. Bulk drinks need 2–3 weeks’ notice.
Can I send photos?
Yes — on the Jade custom form, and the same photos on WhatsApp 063 026 3096.
Can I return an order?
No returns or exchanges. Pieces are handmade to order, and drinks are prepared fresh. If something arrives damaged or I packed the wrong piece, WhatsApp me within 24 hours with a photo and I’ll make it right.
